I would give a -1 if I could. Called and made an appointment to have 2 recalls fixed on my F150, as well as look at an issue with my drivers window making noises. Was there 2 days later at 7am (they said they were open at 7) but sat and waited because they Weren't open. They said that it would be a couple hrs and call me. Fast forward to 9 hours later. No call. I called and was told that one of the parts they needed for 1 of the recalls was not in stock and couldn't find it anywhere, so they were 'waiting' to hear if they could find one, but have ordered one in my name and I would have to come back when they got it. Also tells me can't find a problem with my window. They said they drove my truck around and couldn't get it to make a noise. I get there 1/2 hr later (because that's how far away I live). They guy can't find my ticket. I ask why they didn't call me and update me. He has no idea. I asked why if I made an appt only 2 days prior they didn't make sure they had the part. No idea. I state that my truck is usually washed with a service. No idea. Finally tells me the guy that worked on my truck went home sick at lunch. Well, finally some truth as to why I've been left hanging all day. Get to my (unwashed) truck and there are NO papers on the floorboard (which are ALWAYS there when I've brought it for service so they don't get grease on my floors). Sure you even LOOKED at my window, let alone drive it, and if you did drive it without floor protection - shame on you. When I trade my truck in soon for another new one, I will NOT being buying it from you Brian Toliver, because the service department is a direct reflection on the dealership as a whole. OH, and in the end, was not even given paperwork showing the other recall was done and the inspection on the window. So I have no proof of Anything.
